Bio
Diana Torres Rosario
I've never come across another colleague who has quite embodied the word ambitious like Liana. I was fortunate to work along side this energetic and forward thinking leader many years ago in an acute/out patient hospital setting. Liana had the ability to motivate her colleagues in ways that advanced their skills and knowledge which helped our department have more positive outcomes with our patient's. Liana gives great constructive criticism and she is unbiased. I also admire Liana's serene composure when she is faced with difficult conversations/situations. Liana has a persevered and overcome many obstacles in her life which is what Managers have to do on a day to day basis. Liana's stamina for growing and learning is endless. Future employees and employers would be fortunate to have Liana as a Manager.

Liana embodies a passionate commitment to patient care and a strong dedication to peer mentorship that allows clients and clinicians alike to benefit from her considerable expertise. As a supervising Therapist, she freely shares her clinical knowledge with others in the spirit of patient care. Building on her experience as an adjunct professor, Liana finds teachable moments in every day clinical scenarios. She asks guiding questions so that others might confront their own assumptions to arrive at elegant new solutions to clinical challenges. She demonstrates great respect for the contributions of others, which contributes to a greater sense of teamwork and engagement. Beyond the administrative aspects of management, Liana is the kind of self-effacing leader who invests in the professional development of others for the greater good. She is someone who educates, motivates and inspires others to surpass even their own expectations of themselves.
