  In my role as a Licensee Salesperson, I went through various commercial and residential real estate transactions. I followed the process step by step, starting with finding a property for the buyer. Disclosing information to all parties was one of the most important issues in a real estate transaction. I informed the buyer of every detail about the property but carefully to protect the confidentiality and not to violate anyone’s rights. Negotiating was also done on a regular basis. Contributed to an uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, created real customer value. Finally, I analysed all the information from the buyer about their needs and the property itself and advised customers to take steps.I worked with clients to identify properties in their price range and scheduled property showings. As I showed the home, I provided information, pointed out features and some property issues, and answered any questions. The duty of reasonable care and diligence was implied in all my endeavours and always kept the client’s interest. It is the duty all professionals owe towards their clients. Real estate agents are obliged to do their best to show and use expertise in the field and not to make harsh mistakes or avoid their duties.
