- Involved in the antiviral approaches towards Enterovirus71 (EV71), modification of L-peptide into D-peptide for serum stability purposes. Besides that, the insight of viral spontaneous mutation was studied too. - Involved laboratory skills: Cell culture study, inhibitory assays using synthetic peptides against EV71, Plaque forming assay, Tissue culture infectious dose (TCID50), western blot, RT-PCR, serum stability assay, virus stock preparation and waste management. - Involved in the antiviral approaches towards Enterovirus71 (EV71), modification of L-peptide into D-peptide for serum stability purposes.
