Access Leaders have even represented UCD at the committee level and national conferences which shows how students who hold this role lead by example.

I was selected to be on the Staff/Student Forum as a representative of the Final year Bachelor of Commerce programme. My role included gathering feedback, summarizing and presenting the topics, ideas and items of significance by my cohort to the academics within the meetings ( such as Director of the UCD Quinn Business School, Academic Director, Programme Office Director, Student Advisor). These meetings help direct the path forward for all students and aims to improve all functions of delivery of education. Skills such as communication, leadership, public speaking, and critical thinking were all utilised in this role. I also took the meeting minutes of the meeting showcasing my listening skills and confidence in this role.
