I had the pleasure of managing Liam during his Business Development career at Oracle. What struck me about Liam almost immediately was his relentless need to perfect his craft. Despite his immediate success in his role, he was never satisfied and constantly worked at getting better every day. He was innovative in his talk tracks and constantly evolved his messaging throughout his tenure. Not only did Liam display the skills of a successful salesmen, but he has always been a team first person. He has shown the ability to collaborate, not only with other members of his sales team, but his peers within the organization. Liam is the type of person who works hard and does the right thing, even when no one is around to notice. His business acumen, and ability to build relationships with his customers has been second to none in our organization. He has both the logical & emotional intelligence to do whatever he wants in his career, and in conjunction with that, he has the competitive edge to excel in sales long-term. Liam is an invaluable asset to any organization that is fortunate enough to have him, and I can only hope that someday I have the opportunity to work with him again.
