(3 month fixed-term contract position) • Worked as a product assembler on the production line in the DES (Drug Eluting Stent) department. • Responsible for working on two stations, Split Mold and MSI. • Split Mold: Securing the balloon onto the stent via heating/expanding the mold and cooling it into place. • MSI: Pressing the stent via clamping it onto the balloon, and ensuring there’s no leakages in the balloon before passing the product on to the next station. • Using the UTS computer system to complete essential documentation, particularly for line clearance in the event of product lot changes.
