Brett Phillips

I had several discussions with Liam over my 6 months of teaching at St. Joe's regarding the VCAL curriculum and delivery. I found Liam extremely knowledgeable about VCAL requirements, reporting and the changes heading into 2023. This was balanced with a great understanding of the complexities of teaching vulnerable young people using trauma-informed practices. I always found Liam approachable, empathetic and willing to try something different for the benefit of the young people. Despite his hectic workload, Liam always gave me time to discuss any concerns or ideas. Liam is exactly the kind of leader you want in a challenging working environment.
