During my internship at Potenture, I worked as a part of the business and consulting teams. To support the business as it grows, I implemented a new business management system for project budgeting and progress reporting. I was fortunate to draft several important proposals, learning how to visually communicate the project approach. To embed health and wellbeing as a part of what we do all day, I drafted health and wellbeing policies and procedures. As a member of the consulting team, I did market research and analysis along with designing communications models. I attended consultancy team meeting where I participated in case studies, problem solving and planning activities. To support the growth of the consulting team I tracked recruitment applications and drafted role documentation. I’m now looking forward to my new role as business manager for Potenture whilst I continue my studies. Show less
