  Working from our infancy when Zukaz was just a concept, through the live release of our mobile application and beyond, my role as Marketing and Commercial Manager with Zukaz has been an extraordinary journey. I have developed and lead our go-to-market strategy, which included setting the strategic direction of the organisation, developing marketing and sales strategies while also managing both the Sales and Marketing teams. I worked closely with our Product Development team, as we strived to develop a truly world-class mobile application. A significant amount of relationship management was undertaken both internally and externally with our merchant partners, media, and our creative agency as we developed and built a brand from scratch. This role evolved as we grew with a greater focus on developing strategic partnerships with Australia’s leading retail, hospitality, event and sporting organisations. I have been the public face of Zukaz in this role, for all conference talks and media in both Australia and around the world. I have delivered the highest standard of service to our staff, business partners and stakeholders.

• National Participation Coordinator – Let's Ride Program Manager

  As National Participation Coordinator, I managed Cycling Australia’s national junior participation program Let’s Ride. The Let’s Ride program is Cycling Australia’s Sporting Schools offering and at present the program is being delivered across 50 schools to over 2000 participants per term across all states and territories. Through my role as the Let’s Ride Program Manager, I have been responsible for:• Redevelopment of the Let’s Ride product offering, including price point, program content, delivery model and value proposition• Redevelopment and Implementation of the Let’s Ride Marketing Strategy, including direct EDM communication to schools, local area marketing and social media • Management and ongoing training of 50+ Delivery Centres around the country to roll out the Let’s Ride program• Management of a budget that reflects the size of a national program• Ongoing communication, relationship building and sales with schools across the country

• Aboriginal Bike Safety Program Manager

  Cycling Australia was granted a tender to deliver 10 Aboriginal Bike Safety Programs in the Western region of NSW on behalf of the Department of Roads and Maritime NSW. I oversaw the organisation of all program logistics, marketing, community engagement, staffing requirements, budget management and reporting. The program successfully engaged 200 members of the indigenous community and achieved the program outcomes of: • Develop partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and government agencies to promote the Aboriginal Bike Safety Program. • Increase knowledge and understanding of NSW road rules and bike safety, Increase knowledge and understanding of wearing correctly fitted bicycle helmets, Increase usage of helmets and Increase awareness of bike maintenance amongst indigenous communities.

• Business Development Coordinator – Let’s Ride Program

  I took on a fantastic opportunity in a newly developed position to grow Cycling Australia’s National Junior Participation program “Let’s Ride.” The Let’s Ride program aims to link Cycling Australia with the 1.9 million Australian children who regularly ride bikes. Let’s Ride is primarily delivered in primary schools, with schools utilising Australian Sports Commission Sporting Schools Funding to run the program.When I took on the role, Let’s Ride was currently being delivered to around 800 participants per school term. Through engagement with over 50-delivery centres nation wide, development of a new Marketing and Communications plan, development of a database of over 6000 schools as well as an adjustment to the program offering and increased direct communication with these schools, I was able to increase participation in the program by over 120% while also increasing revenue generated per term by 35%.
