  After progressing over my time in Altens Hotel I was promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. My duties included; stock management; hiring new staff for a range of roles ; taking on duty manager shifts and over seeing the safety and security of a 216 bedroom hotel. I also ensured customer satisfaction is at the highest of levels and that feedback is taken on board and used to help the business.

  I over seen the runnings of the whole hotel ; mainly bar and restaurant service but also assisted in the planning, setting and runnings of functions/weddings; check ins and check outs, creating bookings and ensuring we had payments for all rooms ; housekeeping duties including full turn overs of rooms, keeping linen plenty and deep cleaning the hotel ; assisting in the kitchen doing larder, fryers and sauces.
