  As well as my roles outlined above, I am also involved in team resourcing, and organising internal presentations as part of the CPD programme. Notable job running experiences include; Aldwych Quarter, City of Westminster WC2B \ Work Stages 1-7 I am currently working on the major refurbishment of 4 office buildings, including the Grade II listed Bush House, currently at Stage K. My role has included; - The preparation of feasibility studies in the early design stages. - Running the project on a day to day basis, managing the programme of work packages and resources, for a team of up to 15 people during Stage E. - Running 1 of the 4 building projects on a day to day basis with a team of architectural assistants, reviewing the drawings, details and specifications. - Liaising with the development team, contractor and consultants on a regular basis. 33 King William Street, City of London EC4 \ Work Stages 1-6 I am part of the architectural team leading the development of a new 220,000 sq. ft office project, from the initial feasibility studies to successfully obtaining planning permission, as well as preparing a detailed specification and marketing material. My role included; - Leading the design of the project with a large team of consultants, whilst exceeding the aspirations of the joint development team and the client. - Developing a workable solution to meet the needs of the current City of London market, responding to key requirements outlined by Letting Agents and space planning strategist. Silvermills, London SE13 \ Work Stages 3-7 Using experience gained from previous residential projects, I was the Project Architect delivering a new 132-apartment development in Lewisham for St. James Group Ltd. The role included; - The day to day running of the project, managing the delivery of all detail design packages through the tender and construction stages. - Liaising with the developer and local authority.   I completed my Part I placement at Denis Duggan Architects, an Irish architectural practice, where I gained experience on a wide range of projects including private residences, schools and a hotel and conference centre. Working as part of a small team, I was involved in all stages across a number of projects, from initial design studies, planning, detailed design, to the production of construction information. The scale of the team and the projects enabled me to gain knowledge and experience of projects in intimate detail. Show less
