Providing expertise in electrical engineering and design for cable placement. Reviewing electrical installation for correct functioning, and providing oversight for accuracy and consistency to electrical standards. Managing all project-related expenses, materials, and budget tasks. Developing plans and schedules for deploying electrical resources, as well as act as a liaison with other technical staff to make sure projects are scalable as time goes on. Plan, oversee and direct electrical projects for construction. Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project. Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule. Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations. Three of the biggest projects I have completed as commercial/residential electrician and project manager are: Two Fifty One (2018): 41 storey residential tower and adjacent 7-storey commercial building in Elephant & Castle. A clad tower of 335 flats – Retail & cafe spaces, as well as building entry lobbies Battersea Park place (2016): 109 properties, retirement facilities with a high-end London residence, including an on-site 30-bed nursing home.
