I worked with Liam McEntegart at REAL Fundraising, when he oversaw the London Residential Operation and I was working as a Senior Team Leader. Liam was a brilliant manager and role model – he has high standards for fundraisers, ensuring exceptional results with the best possible quality, leading to the strongest possible outcomes for charity partners. He instilled in me a relentless work ethic and a drive to be the best I could possibly be, and as a result of his high expectations and passion for the work, I not only excelled in my role, but also had incredible job satisfaction.
