Firstly, I guaranteed that all facilities and areas of the training center are safe and clean while also fine-tuning my customer service skills by interacting with all customers in person and over the phone. I established a positive atmosphere in a nerve-racking environment. The skills and life lessons that I have acquired through this job have helped to shape me into the man I am today.
