I secured my 12 month Industrial Placement working in the Front Office of this financial services company. The role compromised of working within a small front office team, providing dealing services to over 600,000 clients for a company that manages over £45 billion in assets. My responsibility was to execute client deals in a time sensitive and accurate manner often in a pressured environment. On occasions we would deal with clients face to face but the majority of the dealing service was provided over the telephone. I built rapport and strong relationships with my regular clients.
