  1.Major customers:Webasto Europe(Germany, UK, Romania, Czech), Inalfa(Netherland, Poland，Guangzhou), Hyundai Czech, PSA France, Renault, Hutchinson, etc.2.Problem solving for customer quality when quality point out of control, support on supplier quality performance improvement. When receive customer claim, give feedback to PIC, and organize preliminary containment, root cause analysis and improvement action of quality issue, then validate the effectiveness of improvement action and provide 8D report with customer. For instance, Inalfa Netherland sent one official claim in early 2020，they met issue on Civic glass panels Fuyao supplied due to curvature of glass was out of specification. In order to protect customer’s production line, prepared special transport and followed up the delivery date; secondly optimized the checking fixture by adding inspection probe point on checking fixture in Fuyao plant, permanently avoid reoccurrence.3.Leading the quality team to passing annual VDA6.3 audit requested by Webasto Germany, Inalfa Guangzhou and Hutchinson in 2021, improve customer confidence in products' quality.4.Leading to organize resident service in Europe due to the difficult that customer engineers were not able to travel abroad since the breakout of Covid-19. According to the production of each European customer, sign part-time or full-time resident service contract with third company, hire one key person as the first contact with customer, assuring immediate response to customer within 24 hours. Now this resident service covers Webasto Europe, Hyundai Czech and Renault, etc.5.Understand the specification and characteristics in drawing, and how to transfer them to internal standard in Fuyao Group.
