My role whilst working in café 21 in Fenwick's, was to tailor for customer needs. I completed this by providing excellent customer service at every opportunity. My day-to-day roles consisted kitchen duties; which included washing dishes etc, as well as serving food to customers, working tills and cleaning tables, as well as interacting with customers frequently, making sure they were happy with the service we provided.
