Client Account Director

Oct 2019 - Nov 2021
Joining the Microsoft planning team in 2019, my role was to lead a comms team for the launch of the Xbox Series X - Xbox's biggest console launch in seven years. The challenges of launching a major product during COVID lockdowns meant planning with a digital-dirst approach, leaning heavily on data and insight to reach a relevant, gaming audience across key digital and social environments. This data-led approach has then also been utilised across key consumer campaigns such as Microsoft Surface, M365, Teams and Windows in 2021. While I was responsible for planning within the UK, it's been crucial to build strong relationships with the EMEA, APAC and North American Carat teams to ensure market alignment. Alongside leading the planning elements on Microsoft, I also played an important role in on-boarding Carat's newest client, Kraft Heinz - helping to inform their Beanz strategy as they launched their new creative territory "Beanz Meanz More".
