Nowra Bridge project - Princes Highway upgradeThe NSW and Australian Governments are funding a new four lane bridge over the Shoalhaven River, upgraded intersections and additional lanes on the Princes Highway.The $342 million project will improve traffic flow and ease congestion on a major section of the Princes Highway and deliver safer and more reliable journeys within the Nowra-Bomaderry area.Fulton Hogan Construction has been awarded the contract for the design and construction of the project, and early work started in February 2020.Major work will start in the second half of 2020 and is expected to be complete by mid 2024
