Appointed Assistant Head of Year 10 for the 2020/21 academic year (maternity cover). I was responsible for supporting the Head of Year and Student Support team to help benefit students, parents and staff working with those in the year group. This included monitoring behaviour, attendance and interventions to support young people within the year group.
