Working with many different skill sets and different individuals makes this a tough job. I focus mainly on compact defensive work and an open offensive set play that allows the forwards to dominate the game to allow the backs the freedom to score points. Work placement at FEFA school in Wavertree, Liverpool. Excellent facilities and unique setup developing the future of sport science surrounding football. Very much enjoyed the experience. Rugbytots was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. Coaching young children the basics of rugby and also fun ways to enjoy doing exercise and making new friends. This developed my communication skills and my ability to be enthusiastic to make sure that each session was enjoyable and what the children wanted to do.
