      I started my role in Felicity J lord as a canvasser where I would cover an offices area looking for new business. This would involve knocking on the doors of people who already had their homes on the market and speak to them about joining Felicity J Lord to sell there home. I did this for every office at the time, covering 11 offices.Fast forward three months I was asked to join the Hackney team as a sales negotiator where I have been since. My main duties include:NegotiatingCarrying out viewingsValuationsSales progressingI have found that over the years I have development an excellent sales approach whilst not keeping to the typical sales stereotype. I believe that customer service in a sales role is key and have proven that my customer service skills are extremely good, receiving many praise from both vendor and purchaser once a sale has completed. This is one of the main things that pushed me in this role, making sure that both buyer and purchaser got to the end of the sales process as relaxed as possible and happy with my service.I have also found with my experience as a sales negotiator I would often be asked for advice or help by other colleagues in terms of how to speak to clients such as when putting an offer forward, selling a property in the right way to get buyers through the door etc.Some of my best figures include tying over £100,000 in commission for the office (the office average is roughly £8000) whilst also exchanging roughly £60,000 in one month. Last year I finished third out of 52 negotiators in terms of selling the companies financial services and as an overall performance, banked £210,000 for the office.
