KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PROBLEM + SOLUTION + VALUE PROBLEM: Agiledata did not know Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure cost which introduced a high risk of bill shock. SOLUTION: Created a time series model to monitor expected costs and trigger an alert when an anomaly appeared. VALUE: No bill shocks to date and is used to forecast customer costs for current and future financial years PROBLEM: Agiledata wanted to increase app user satisfaction. SOLUTION: Created a recommendations model using GCP’s recommendations API to create a list of “other tables you may like”. VALUE: Model tested but waiting for more data to ensure relevant recommendations in production
