I had the pleasure of having Lia as my intern this summer for the DC Asian Pacific American Film Festival. I knew from the moment we had our interview that she was a determined and high achieving individual and our organization needed her to give our social media a facelift! Lia was an amazing collaborator and took over the social media schedule during the film festival's entire run! Lia had strong insights about our audience as well as social media in general that helped increase our following by 25%! She is one a kind and an absolute DREAM to work with. I would love to work with her all year long! She's a superstar!

Lia is incredible! She reenergized our CommAgency social channels and helped us adapt and refine our voice. She is also a fantastic leader and collaborator - I loved talking with her about her ideas and suggestions, and she helped me a lot with the direction of our branding. Lia is a superstar - without a doubt.

    • Social Media Marketing Specialist- Department Student Leader
      • Aug 2021 - May 2022

Communications agency within Penn State's Bellisario College of Communications. Worked within the Social Media Department and was the current student leader for the department. The CommAgency Social Media Department works to create unique and goal-reaching social media strategies for each of their clients to then implement those strategies on various social media platforms. I had been lucky enough to work with two different clients during my time at the agency; Centre Film Festival and Family Foundations.
