    • Student Ambassador
      • May 2020 - Oct 2022

I was asked to join the student ambassador team at UEA after they came across my YouTube channel where I make videos about student life. Throughout this role, I have taken part in a number of 'Instagram Takeovers' where prospective students ask questions and we film our responses to go live on the UEA Instagram account. I also make lots of other content for UEA including blogs on UniBuddy and YouTube videos. Recently I have become a PG rep for UEA on The Student Room where I start and answer threads all about UEA and university life. I am also currently working on a project through UEA called 'The Butterfly Experiment'. This combines my undergraduate degree in Geography with my interest in marketing and involves sharing ideas and creating content all about climate change. In addition to these roles, I have also given many campus tours as a student ambassador which has hugely developed my confidence in speaking to members of the public Show less

This job involved many roles including working on the shop tills serving customers and collecting their online orders. This job therefore required lots of communication with members of the public, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The period over which I worked also included a large end-of-summer sale which was extremely busy and meant all members of the team had to work together under pressure to ensure the sale period ran smoothly This job involved many roles including working on the shop tills serving customers and collecting their online orders. • Assistant Dance Teacher
      • Nov 2014 - Jun 2018

I started helping out at my dance school as a volunteer work as part of the Duke of Edinburgh Award in 2013. When my time volunteering came to an end, I was then asked to work for the dance school as a part-time permanent dance teacher and I enjoyed this thoroughly. I was given the responsibility of teaching children aged 3-13 their exam dances, as well as practicing dance theory with older students and overall helping the classes run smoothly. I still go back to the school 3-4 times a year to help out on exam days, by making sure the children are in the correct makeup and costume. Show less
