Although in theory I 'managed Li directly' according to LinkedIn, I have to admit I learned more from Li than she did from me. Her passion and enthusiasm for learning and improving her skills as a Product Manager were amazing to experience. She has a rare ability to simultaneously think tactically and strategically, while using her excellent team leadership skills to understand what is realistic for the people she works with. She is incredibly hard working and self-motivated - Li is an asset to any group that she is a part of. Willing to stretch herself and take on work outside of her role, she left athenahealth a better place ... I will especially miss her positive attitude and humor.
