  Li has over 35 years of industry experience, developed leading edge workflows for analyzing oil/gas well production data using reservoir simulation as part of numerous consulting projects in unconventionals (Barnett, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Woodford, Marcellus, Bakken, Wolfcamp, Cline, Mancos, Fayetteville, Vaca Muerta, etc.). He has worked with more than 100 clients representing more than 80 companies on a variety of consulting projects. Recent projects have been mainly focused on Permian and Bakken for completion and stacked lateral-spacing optimization in multiple-pad development. The goal is to help maximize EUR and recovery factor, while minimizing the cost. Driving the business, he attended client meetings for project leads, wrote proposals, participated in contract negotiation, and led and managed consulting projects. Li has made numerous internal and external presentations on completion evaluation and production forecast workflows in unconventional reservoirs worldwide. Li has been engaged by E&P companies as a technical expert witness for regulatory hearings on a variety of occasions. He has successfully led and managed many large integrated field studies on unconventional gas/oil reservoirs for reserve evaluation and field optimization and has served as technical advisor in many large projects both in US and overseas. I am currently a member of SPE and registered professional engineer in the state of Texas. I was invited by SPE to give presentation at different conferences and workshops, be the panelist to lead discussion, and to serve as Steering Committee Member to help organize SPE forum. I have authored and co-authored SPE papers including technical articles published in SPEREE, JPT, JCPT, E&P, and Oilfield Review. Show less
