I had a pleasure of working with Liāna when she performed a Social Media Specialist role in Magebit. Liāna is very knowledgeable and passionate about social media, content and visual design. She was responsible for creating and maintaining social media presence strategy for our company, maintaining all of our social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok) and was working closely with the copywriter and the team of designers in managing specific internal projects and event organization. Liāna is a hard-working professional, she is dedicated and can always be relied on to deliver what she has promised. She is one of the rare people who really always go that extra mile. She is passionate about her job, always challenges the status quo in a positive and respectful way, and is full of brilliant ideas. She is also not afraid to take the lead in both the tasks that she is experienced in and those which are new to her. One of her biggest accomplishments in Magebit was complete 180 degrees revamping of our TikTok account, going from 15 followers to over 1.5M views on a few videos and building a new engaging community for Magebit on this social media platform. Always being a real team player, Liāna's great ability is to listen, encourage and help her colleagues in every step of the way. As a person Liāna is always positive, kind and very easy to deal with.
