Leah and I have worked on a number of sustainability focused projects including an international internship. Leah has proven herself to be a passionate and knowledgeable sustainability professional who is able to bridge the gap between long range strategic planning and day to day to implementation. Leah always has a great attitude, and brings a collaborative approach to anything she is working on. I always look forward to working with her.

I have had the chance to work with Leah on multiple projects in our time in the MBA program from case competitions, to market research studies, to starting the Sustainability Hyper-innovation Collaboration (SHiC). Throughout these experiences Leah has brought her passion for sustainability, bringing people together, and strategy to the table. Leah’s love of sustainability is what drives her forward. Whenever she see’s an opportunity to bring sustainable ideas to the table she does so. Her passion has led to her being part of multiple campus organizations focused on environmental and social issues where she has leadership roles to help steer sustainable goals for the universities future. Leah has this charisma about her that makes people want to listen to her ideas and contribute if they can. When she came up with the idea for SHiC there were many people who were skeptical that it would be a functional concept within a year. Leah did not let this stop her from talking to as many people as she could, focusing on creating partnerships and growing her network in order to best support her project. Because of her dedication, Leah is set to have a successful event in the spring. Within the MBA program, Leah is known for her big ideas. Her focus on the big picture is what differentiates her from other classmates who are more comfortable working within the smaller details. She is a great visionary and is able to communicate her plans effectively with group members so that they may work together to create an overall strategy. If you are looking for someone who will bring energy, passion, and charisma to your company with the added benefit of it being focused on sustainable strategies, look no further as Leah is your candidate.

Our practice takes a lifecycle approach to consulting. We work hand in hand with our clients to define a vision and then implement a series of change management techniques to enable our clients to take ownership of their own strategic direction. My specializations include organizational strategy alignment, defining client "return on mission", thought leadership on the long term social and environmental implications of COVID, space prediction modeling, resiliency prioritization, GHG accounting, Science Based Targets, and sustainable real estate alignment.
