I have worked with Gustavo for 19 years. We met when we were both Technical Support Engineers, supporting a growing operation worldwide. Gustavo was amazing not only resolving technical issues but planning and coordinating actions with other areas, suppliers and customers. As a result, important issues adversely impacting the fleet reliability were resolved. We later moved to management role and continued to work together in the Customer Relationship Management area.
