  Develop annual strategy, define and drive programs and processes for the suite of digital and editorial platforms. These include digital campaigns, award galas, summits, educational platforms, tradeshows and flagship print publications. Direct program execution and lead program teams to successfully deliver against the business roadmap and operational improvements. During Covid, I developed and ran a multi-media strategy to transform the company’s existing suite of physical galas, summits and tradeshows into digital and hybrid programs. This resulted in an increased audience engagement, both in the Asia-Pacific region and globally, and new business development opportunities for Indesign Media’s partners and clients, including live-streaming, video production and online education platforms. Drive increasing maturity into Indesign Media’s marketing and media business units. This included building and leading a cross functional leadership team with marketing, production and operations leaders to increase alignment on the company's annual strategic goals. This has led to increased program executions, reduced production risk, and improved communication and better audience engagement with the product. Established a cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and KPI measurements, whereby improvements measurably and significantly accelerated the growth of Indesign Media’s product offering over the last four years. Coach, mentor, and advise direct and indirect reports. Assist direct reports in career planning and skill development, and help them achieve meaningful impact.
