Her gift for finding the potential, and that next level, in any opportunity is something that brought great success to her in her product management role. Cross functional team members enjoy working with Lex and she is phenomenal at painting a picture that everyone can see, and a strategic plan they can follow. Lex naturally asks really great questions that help the team, and her leader, to ensure they have considered all the options.
