I started out as a sales person in the Small Appliances section of the Electrical Department, then worked hard to be promoted to the manager of the Small Appliances section. I managed staff, stock levels, dealt with customer conflicts, merchandised, ran stock takes and continued to sell. I also provided input with the layout and design of the fit out renovation that was carried out in my time working at the store.
