Dusty Fowler

Lexie makes it her business to help those on her team and in her organization. There are numerous things she can do within the technical space (quality engineering, process improvements, architecture reviews, etc.), but I think this is her biggest strength and the reason she excels. She has an innate desire to help others, and in a way where she is teaching them how instead of doing it for them. Because of this people are more open with her and more things get done and everybody grows.

While Lexie and I had less than a year working together, the time we had was enough for me to realize how awesome she is! I never heard a single negative word about Lexie, but did get tons of positive feedback. She’s a strong advocate for her teams and rightfully so, as her mentoring and management skills keep her teams performing at their best. I wish we had more time together, but will always be an advocate for her and happily be a reference for formal recommendation.
