I served Augusta National Golf Club members and players and their families during the 2022 Masters Tournament. I also served during special events such as the ANWA lunch; Drive, Chip and Putt lunch, Amateur Dinner, and the Champion's Reception. During this, I learned how to serve and keep patrons satisfied in a fast-paced environment and how to achieve a high level of service while being efficient. I fine-tuned my skills by helping run events as well as helping manage the a la carte operations at The Country Club. During the 2022 US Open, I served as a captain in the ballroom where members of the club could buy tables for their corporations. I oversaw a team of 15 individuals and ensured everything ran smoothly during the morning and afternoon of the tournament.
