  Worked in multiple areas over the span of 4.5 years. Started as an internship and it became a job. Jobs such as Manager of operations, hospitality, the boutique and coffee shop, social media for the shop and other pages, communications, executive assistant, co-event planner and internship co-leader. I also helped manage and coordinate the signed artists tours in regards to hospitality, travel, communication, and worked directly with booking staff in our group as well as those who booked us. More on the Hospitality side of description: I graduated college in Dec. of 2016 I moved to Indiana for an internship Jan. 2017 and asked to work full time Dec. 2017 where I grew into the positions of Operations Management, Hospitality Manager and Co-manager. With being Manager of hospitality I was overseeing a total of two (4 bed & 2 bath) homes, a 30,000 square foot mansion (a Historical building in the town of La Porte, IN) and a store front location (Historic Downtown La Porte). I was in direct communications with the home and store front owners and I was over the communications with housekeeping (which I was usually house keeping) and maintenance for each building. I was also the main person in charge of guest experiences/communication before and during their stay under my boss the CEO. This included individual persons, single families to multiple groups/ families and up to about 80 - 100 people (Adults and Minors) for writing retreats and summer camps. Show less
