  -Create presentation materials and packages for project bids in hospitality design as well as residential design. -Determine client goals and the scope of a project, act as project lead on all design phases delegating to junior design assistant team -Lead presenting materials for all design phases through design development to client -Specify FF&E while coordinating with given budget -Create construction document interior design sets and detail drawings for millwork -Interior space planning -Determine bar equipment layouts with scheduled equipment and provide layouts -Create and update interior design sets with coordinating finishes schedules -Approve millwork submittals -Provide renderings and elevations for client visualization -Procure FF&E, schedule and/or perform shipments and install -Perform construction administration duties including weekly OAC onsite meetings -Maintain budgets and invoicing on designated projects -Maintain client relationships and open contact/updates during all project phases
