I oversee training and development for our center and also educate other departments and university partners about how to successfully utilize a coaching framework to recruit and retain prospective students. I develop curriculum, meet one-on-one with individual coaches to review call quality and identify areas for growth while also assisting their managers to develop benchmarks and analyze performance.
