Following 2008/2009 takeover of 110kV and 150kV E-grids by Tennet from regional operators, these aging grids and substation facilities needed upgrading and integration with Tennet systems. Lex was responsible for managing these infrastructure upgrades as well as customer oriented projects (connections to 110kV and higher grid) in the northern part of the Netherlands.Responsible for defining (Basic design) and realization of projects after Business plan approval by board.
