  • Managing and maintaining Hive's influencer partner program, working with influencers (mainly content creators on YouTube/Twitch/TikTok) to expand brand awareness. • Closely monitoring and actively engaging with community discussion and feedback (through Discord, Twitter, our forums etc.) and communicating this with relevant team members and key stakeholders. • Participating in regular development meetings to ensure that community feedback is being considered. • Processing and reproducing community-submitted bug reports, logging them internally to assist the QA and development teams. • Writing and publishing newsletters, blog posts, announcements, and support articles and ensuring that they are kept up-to-date. • Assisting our support team, who handle support tickets from players who use our platform on a wide range of devices (PC/Xbox/PlayStation/Switch/iOS/Android). • Facilitating the localization of The Hive, communicating with external translators, and responding to requests for additional information/context, as well as forwarding community-submitted issues and suggestions.
