As a former Technical Writer, I transformed tribal knowledge into easy-to-follow procedures, authored business and technical documentation, and documented business processes for our Quality Management System. With a successful ERP rollout, I became an integral part of the Change Management objective, delivering key change strategy, communication and designing and delivering interactive training to over 400 staff. Another really fun project involved preparing and delivering a comprehensive three part training course to management on ISO:9001 and Quality Management Systems.I also created content for external communication channels, championed the change to digital instructions and forms, conducted internal audits for ISO:9001 compliance, and prepared business cases for process improvement initiatives.
