If anyone has worked on promotional congress booths before, you'll know it's fast-paced, parts always a-moving, changes always a-happening, aligning and realigning materials - it can often feel like a real 'groundhog' day. Enter Lewis Johnson! I have had the pleasure of working with Lewis over the past four months on a huge promotional congress booth and not only has he been ridiculously efficient in coordinating and overseeing the briefs, client feedback, the digital build and approval process, but agile and methodical when finding solutions to unexpected setbacks. This ensured that all of my projects kept moving and I was able to meet all of my deadlines. Lewis is an incredibly skilled project manager. What I was most impressed by was his ability to provide crystal clear briefs and collate relevant feedback from both the internal team and the client. This is no mean feat when you consider that I'm based in New Zealand and he is in the UK. My time zone means I can't directly talk to clients or the medical team and both Lewis and I have a narrow window for face-to-face meetings. He has to ensure that I'm briefed properly, so when he picks my work up in the morning, it fulfils the client's requirements and the projects moves forward. Which it did. Lewis is incredibly approachable, lots of fun to work with and a sense of humour that's infectious! He genuinely made the work much more enjoyable and I imagine makes any office a happier place to work in. Overall, Lewis is a focused project manager with a great understanding of the agency and the clients he works with. He is an absolute team player, able to communicate at all levels and an asset to any organisation.
