  I currently manage the majority of internal and external projects for a Medium sized engineering company based in the West Midlands, but serving large proportions of England and Wales. My primary responsibilities involve the management of engineering labour, the organisation of paperwork and documentation, and the timely invoicing. This can range from a single equipment installation and commissioning, to managing a nationwide equipment rollout. I am currently the project lead on for over 50% of McDonalds stores in England to have work carried out involving the installation of new smoothie machines (known as Blended Ice Machines).
