Apprenticeship Recruitment Co-Ordinator
-
Jul 2022 - Present
I oversee the apprenticeship recruitment process of Set Training to help innovate and recruit young talent and help them find the apprenticeship they desire, whether it would be in Admin, Marketing or IT. I am in charge of doing the initial screening calls for candidates where i see if they are eligible for an apprenticeship and to see what they are interested in. Zoom meetings are also a big part of my job as i do mock zoom interviews before i send candidates to employers just to help people with their interview skills alongside going over their CV at the end of the mock interview to help make changes with that. I also always keep up with employers to the best of my ability, always doing weekly updates for employers regarding how their vacancy is moving alongside helping employers schedule interviews to save them a task. Recruitment and Admin Assistant
-
Jul 2021 - Jun 2022
During my apprenticeship at Set Training, i learned the admin processes alongside the recruitment processes for the company. this included learning how to do the initial screening calls where i had to discuss with candidates about what they wanted to do and what they were interested in for a career, from there if they were interested in an apprenticeship, i booked them in for a zoom interview with me. These zoom interviews were mock interviews before the real interview to help the candidates with their interview skills alongside with what questions they had and how their CV was laid out aswell. I also helped process apprentices using the website "FIPS" to which i had to enter apprentice details carefully and with no error as this would lead to the apprentices application getting rejected by FIPS if there were any wrong details. I also looked over apprentice induction paperwork to make sure that assessors never missed anything out that was to be added to the documents for our databases. Show less
