I was involved in hiring Lew for the Facilities Manager position in our Oakland location. Lew was innovative and friendly with all of the employees right out of the box. He saved the company a great deal of money by replacing the old light bulbs with more efficient light bulbs. Also, he was very capable of doing a lot of the facility work himself instead of having to call out to subcontractors. Everyone in the Company knew, if you placed a call with Lew, you would get a response and the work would get done. Lew was efficient, creative, thrifty, personable and a talented manager.
