Planned and executing 4 x horizontal wells from the Golden Eagle (Quad 20) platform, landing horizontally at reservoir top with GeoSphere and geosteering the reservoirs. Currently on well 2 of 4. Planned and executed 12 x Buzzard (Quad 20) wells to maintain it as the UK's largest oilfield. A mixture of complicated platform and subsea wells drilled as appraisal pilots with twins or fallbacks with conventional coring, biostrat and chemostrat. Re-started Scott (Block 15) platform from warm-stack for infill drilling to bring back oil production with a series of producers and injectors. Well planning for wildcat exploration wells, 3 in Senegal and 3 in Gabon, all deepwater prospects. 2 x West Of Shetland, and Western Ireland's Porcupine Basin wells now safely and successfully complete.

Operations Geologist for North Sea Ninian Field and Cote d'Ivoire Baobab Block CI-40. Operationally executing the 3-well drilling campaign of the newly recommissioned Ninian Central Platform in Block 3 of the North Sea. Responsible for the geological well planning and executing of the whole programme including a highly complicated multi-lateral including an extended reach horizontal geosteered producer. Presented the programmes at DWOPs and pre-spud meetings including a BCU/Ness wellbore stability study, as well as performing 24hr operational monitoring of the well including sole responsibility for real-time reservoir picks and TD determination through the Brent sequence. Planned the geosteering procedures and designed the landing, communications and steering workflows. Oversaw CNR's first successful Rannoch Horizontal using the Schlumberger GeoSphere reservoir mapping-while-drilling steering tool. Initial technical reviewer of Geological and formation evaluation programmes for Cote d'Ivoire deepwater Baobab campaign in Block CI-40. Became Operations Geologist for the project consisting of 3 deepwater horizontal development producers and 2 injectors which commenced May 2018. Particular challenges in CI-40 include a very tight drilling window leading to numerous geotechnical issues.

Supervising an in-country team of Operations and Wellsite Geologists during early exploration wells on 'pre-Jubilee' Mahogany and Hyedua fields and early Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme wells which became the TEN prospect. Created and finalised Geological Well Proposals and End of Well reports as well as liaising with JV partners Anadarko and Kosmos daily. Managed final data control and distribution to partners.
