  As the manager of the ambient Department of a Waitrose store, I thrived in a competitive environment and consistently ran a profitable operation with an excellent stock turnover ratio. Main responsibilities included ensuring stock assortment and availability through effective stock control disciplines, maintaining customer service standards, and managing staff productivity, training, and recruitment of a team of 40 employees.
