      I began my career as a brewer at BrewDog in June 2014 as Assistant Brewer and worked predominantly in the cellar and cold block. I learnt a lot about managing cold block operations and CIPs. As I advanced through to advanced assistant brewer and junior brewer I started to operate the centrifuge and filter ensuring consistently beautiful beer. I have also studied the Institute of Brewing & Distilling - General Certificate in Brewing and Achieved a Credit Pass. This is equivalent to City & Guilds level 3.
