  As a project manager I am responsible for designing, procuring, negotiating and implementing a range of sports packages for the consumer leading a team of call handlers to maximise the sales aspect. I ensure all the products are financially sound and monitored to improve engagement in the product and I independently make decisions on these to increase revenue. In the design of the product, I liaise and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders including hotel management, travel companies and businesses. Another key aspect of my role is to co-ordinate the events sold on the ground on location in various European countries. During these events (eg formula one, rugby), I lead discussions, event management and deal with conflict resolution both with customers who have purchased an event and those who are supporting the package, eg hotel management. As Head Coach I was responsible for delivering a range of sports across schools in the North West.   This role was the coach of the 3rd Team of the university football team. There were players apart of this team who regularly play semi professional football and players who were there for social aspects involved with the club. The sessions were 1 hour and a half long and they required me to plan effectively for these sessions and build a plan that looked towards fighting for promotion in this league. Although we wanted promotion we wanted to do it in the correct manner by playing along the floor and pressing high and cohesively. We managed to finish 1 point off the top of the league 2nd to our own 2nd team at the university.
