  For over 5 years I have worked for the long running festivals Meredith Music Festival and its sister festival Golden Plains. I man an information point and coordinate a section of the festival. This involves overseeing & briefing volunteers allocated to this area, responding to patron enquiries, directing people for help, responding to emergency situations (including small fires) and communicating with emergency services (such as CFA, Ambulance & Police) when incidents occur outside the scope of my training.
